"Updated building with
Looks."
The 2 year old balconies look great from outdoors especially late at night with the balcony lights on. The roof was done 2 years by Centimark. The new Aluminum picket panel garage door is very quiet and comes with a remote. Garage door and balconies are of high quality and looks professional unlike most buildings. On the downside, the buildings carpet needs to be updated as Shag green is out of style in the games room and more light in the common areas( mainly the floors) should be addressed. A clean and well maintained building where Owners volunteer their services to help keep costs down. Would recommend the building to mature adults as as everyone is your neighbor by first name.
