"RAT INFESTATION
COCKROACHES STAY AWAY"

This building has a terrible ongoing rat infestation problem. Seen rats running around the building multiple times and management never does a thing about it. The problem has gotten so out of hand that rats have even found a way into people's units along with cockroaches. The building also has a horrible smell to it and many strange characters lurk around the building. Stay far away buyer beware.
