"Good Floor Plans"
I Have visited a few people in this complex and I am impressed with the size and layout of the units. As with many older buildings, you get a much better layout and size than you do with the newer buildings. The other thing you get is amenities, there is a large indoor pool, squash and raquetball courts, ping pong table and exercise facility. With new buildings starting to come up in the area at a much higher price, and smaller in size I think this is a great value and good choice. Of course the building is not new, but it has been re-piped and is well taken care of. Good choice in this area.

I am a proud owner a unit in this building. The property management is doing a great job maintaining this building. It has a nice view and it has a very well floorplan layout. The only problem I have with the building is that they don't allow any pets.
I also am an owner of a corner unit in this building and I love it here! As stated above, the property management is doing a wonderful job.
I am an owner in this building for 20 years. The building is well maintained. I am very happy with the facilities. The recent building depreciation report shows no major expenses for many years.
I used to own a unit in this building (Sold Jan 2017) and I absolutely loved it! Amazing management, great location, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended!
