"Concierge Bernard"

This building is nicely kept and in a nice location but if you're not a straight white person or if you're tattooed, gay or coloured then Bernard the daytime concierge will judge you and make you feel less of a person and you'll feel really unwelcome. He'll say hello to other residents that are walking right beside you and ignore you, he'll call the elevator for them and select their floor but will turn his back on you and not treat you the same so he's not every resident's concierge but only to a few that he chooses important enough. I was just renting here before buying a property somewhere and I wanted to see what Yaletown was about but this building will not be my next home. And to make it worst, he's of Asian decent so he's been judged enough himself so why do it to others!? I'm just appalled...

"Right on the Water!!!"

Loved it. Right on the water. Fantastic views of False Creek. Definitely if you are buying in this building, buy facing the water, it is worth it.
