"Nice Location"

Nice location. Close to everything at Metrotown, across from Bonsor Park. Still not right in the super dense or busy part of the Metrotown area. The building condos have very nice use of space. Nice layouts. Recommend this building for young couples and first time buyers.

"Great Building and
Location"

I owned a unit on the second floor from 1997-2004. I was sad to sell this unit as the location was fantastic. On your doorstep you have Bonsor Rec center, Metrotown and both Royal Oak and Metrotown sky train stations, both 15 min walking distance.
