"Don't forget to pack lots
of attitude"
Wow, glad I leased a unit as opposed to buying. The management speaks to residents through endless memos, emails and a regular newsletter. Always with a tone of an annoyed parent disciplining a wayward child. Majority of residents have enough attitude to fill the rooftop pool. Simple acts of courtesy or friendliness are strictly forbidden.

WORST building I've ever lived in. SLUM! Thank god I'm on my way out. All design and no quality, and yeah, I guess that would apply to a number of the residents as well LMAO
