"Great Place"

I have owned in this building for the past 4 years and have lived here for the past year (approx.). I must say it has been a wonderful experience and is a great place to live. The security is top notch and always keeps a safe and secure environment both inside and outside the buildings. The cleaning staff is wonderful and very friendly as is the maintenance. You never have to tell them twice about something that needs attention (lights out etc) as they are on it. The people that live in the whole complex (including West One 11 Brunel) are very friendly and create a happy environment. There are new businesses that have opened and are making this area (west of Spadina) a destination. Starbucks has just posted a sign and are moving into the commercial area at 15 Brunel (part of 15 Fort York). This will be great along with the soon to be constructed new schools and community centre (corner Fort York & Brunel) the area will be even better. I recommend this condo complex to anyone and everyone I think it would be hard to find a piece of Toronto that is more comfortable than this.

It sounds like Disneyland North. Happy, happy ,happy. Why don't you mention the huge water leak last year that took months to clean up?
