"Nice place to live"

Over all very happy with the building and the board, there have been a few managers over the years, some good, some bad and lately a really good one. Ive attended every AGM so far, seems the building is split between (a guesstimate) 5% wanting a Taj Mahal and the rest just wanting a clean comfortable place to live. Well its clean and comfortable ( although one of the 5% was complaining about dirt being on the sidewalk, like and ounce worth geezz). Its a very simple building, no concierge, no weight room, no fancy theater room and that works as the maintenance fees are very low compared to most buildings. Good life fitness is a block away and this is Kingwest, anything you want is within walking distance.
