"I agree. Beautiful
everything but hot."

I agree. I visited a condo (2 bedroom and a den I believe) in this building and it faced west and had a nice view of False Creek. Very nice view. However, it was very hot when I was there. That's the only bad thing I can think of though. Area is great.

"Nice Views and Good
Location"

Nice condo. The one home I saw had nice views of the water. But, nice views means you are facing west it is was hot. Pretty big condo for Yaletown. Location is pretty good right next to the Roundhouse and David Lam Park. Urban Fare just a block away too.
