You are joking. Readers please search for other towers within this complex to learn the truth. Don't really understand why people did not write with honesty. May be this guy is lucky to escape any problems or may be this guy really keen to sell you the rotten apple. I am an owner of this tower, had been seeing many leaks and flood, fire alarm also not working, lack of maintenance plan, misuse of common fund and what not.
