"The Phoenix Is
Recommended"

I bought a unit at the Phoenix in June, 2009. It was the 50th unit I had looked at with my agent, and I had seen maybe a dozen on my own prior. As a visitor, I found security to be effective but very friendly and professional. As an owner, this remains my impression. This is a well-managed building with a healthy reserve fund, and a future-focused plan for maintenance. The units are large and bright and well laid out. I highly recommend buying here.
