I have lived in this building for 6 months and think all of these negative comments are very uncalled for! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't see the super about the building cleaning. Yes it is an older building - it's got some quirks and no perks like air conditioning and washers and.dryers but u knew that before you moved in so why complain now? As stated by a poster on November 3 - the size, lay out and location is what this condo building has to offer. Oh and it's very dog friendly! I am only a renter of unit 501 so rest assured property values are not on my agenda.I've experienced no problems as a tenant. If the opportunity to buy my unit were to arise, I would jump on it.

this is not a building u want to live in = they like to support women beating - there is not a sauna or a/c available - this place asks too much for maintenance fee - plus they spy on u as well they dont reply to complaints very quickly and they blame the tenants for any issues - you cannot have a washing machine or dryer in their units and the residence spy on their neighbours especially the president of the building - their is only one parking space per unit - the fixing up in this building is done half ass and they dont take care of the emergent issues as they arise - buyer beware

i lived there and its all true this place is a money trap!!!! they do crappy work inside the building and we have to pay for it - i live here what a money pit - no washer or dryer and there is only one parking spot per unit -= i constantly water backing up in my sink and they do nothing to rectify the situation what a whole i made a big mistake by moving here nothing is clean what a mess do urself a favor do not buy here its a waste of your money

The superintendent for this building does nothing! She is lazy and never cleans anything. The hallways are never vacuumed. The laundry room floor is always.dirty. The lobby doors are never clean. The back entrance door always smells like urine and is RARELY hosed down. The elevators are always dirty. The door knobs for the garbage rooms are always dirty, they should be wiped regularly. I've lived in many buildings and never have I ever come across one so poorly taken care of. But I guess that's how things go when your friends with the property manager and board members. The property is managed by shuipong, but don't bother calling them as the super was hired by her friend that works for them. Do not buy here. Take the advice of someone who's seen this for a VERY long time.

As an actual OWNER of a Condo in this building I think you are full of it. You will not find condo's this large in the same price range and in such a convenient location. The floors common areas are vacuumed regularly and the building is Clean. You are correct about the draw backs - no in suite laundry. There are no significant amenities but as a result we do not pay to maintain a crappy pool, sauna or fitness room that never gets used. From your comments I can see you probably have lived in the building. As an Owner you should know that the Condo Board members are elected - if you own actually own your unit you are more than welcome to run for a position and make changes to what you don't like.

The comments for Nov 3, 2015 are laughable and clearly an attempt to keep their property values up. The rest of us on the other hand would like to get our monies worth for all that we pay in monthly fees. I'm not sure what vacuum you speak of but I haven't heard one in months. Anyone who wishes to see exactly what everyone else is talking about just pay the building a visit. Don't worry about having to buzz in the lock for the front entrance hasn't worked properly in months (much like the superintendent).
