If you live on the lower floors it's not such a pleasant place to live. There is loud traffic noise from central parkway. The manager is friendly and approachable. There are strict rules and he makes an effort to enforce them. Security is good. Overall, clean building. Grounds are well-maintained. Although, snow clearing company starts work from 2 am until snow cleared. If heavy snowfall it will take a couple of hours. People don't seem so grumpy there, unlike other places I've been to. Storage lockers are large. Large visitor parking area. **Please I ask that people write reviews for their condos. These reviews are very helpful, especially if you are a potential buyer.It eliminates many of the surprises that await you when you move in. For me, these reviews are very much appreciated.
