"33 Elm Drive West"
The condo unit is good and presentable. The rent is on the higher side when compared to units around (when I was searching). But the 2 washrooms and ensuite washer/dryer is a help. The condo has a fairly good gym/swimming pool/sauna/hot tub/Yoga room etc. Cons: The media room has old equipment. The security is not trained in customer service. I feel that the security personnel to should trained. Why are residents paying for these gys who are rude and unhelpful to residents? For a rentor the building management can be inaccessible. Electricity charge could vary from 50-120 CAD.
