"Building is run poorly "

Two bad boards in a row. They got rid of one good property manager and replaced with a bad one. They drove their superintendent nuts. Air conditioning is regulay not working, and regularly told lies about why it is not and about repair plan. Elevators are in horrible shape, and they lie about the replacement plan for them. The building has a pharaoh ant infestation.

"Hot tub"

Hot tub always under repair. Pool could use a lot of work as well.

"OLDER CONDO'S"

OLDER BUILDING-LOTS OF REPAIRS-UP GOES THE MAINTENANCE CHECK OUT THE DRIVEWAYS. MAJOR PROJECT & EXPENSE.

"1155 Bough Beeches Blvd
Orchard Place"

The building is a quiet. We found that there is no balance when it comes to the maintenance fees. Some condo owners pay little fees while others pay far more fees. We found this to be very unfair & when to try to resolve this with management-YOU hit a stone wall. Makes you wonder where the money is going-so we sold it & got out.
