"Building Management Has
Powertrip"
This is the First time I have been to a Condo that allows only 3 DAYS MAXIMUM of visitor parking for every 2 weeks and PER UNIT not per car. So if you have someone visiting you that are from out of town or from the U.S. make sure you tell them to either take the BUS or park their car on the street because they won't be allowed to park for either a week or more. VISITOR'S PARKING IS FOR DISPLAY ONLY.

"Ambient & Friendly"
I Used to live in the builing For 5 Yrs. and quite frankly It's a Great building and a Great Home. Not bad for a low-rise. It's Always Clean, Management is very Friendly, Quiet, and Secure place to be in. Easy Drive to 403 or QEW, Close to amenities. I Did not want to leave, but I needed a Bigger place.

OMG!!! I thought I was the only one having this problem.. Tell me how stupid this is. I have an aged mom living there whose health needs looking into. So when we come to stay there.. again.. we need to fight to get a freaking overnight pass and I had already gotten 2 parking fines because I could not be granted an overnight pass. I was told "park it on the street" literally by the security guard on duty. You are absolutely right .. visitor parking is for SHOW only!!! Sad this is because I remember coming and staying with my Dad (god bless his soul) when he was taken ill and never had an issue having a pass for 2 weeks.. let alone 2 days .. Power trip.. you said it mate!!
These are very old postings so I don't know what the problem was there but we've never had problems getting temporary parking here. All you have to do if you need to be there for more than 3 days is renew it online, what's the big deal. If you want extended parking you can ask Tia at the office and she will do it for a few months if needed.
