"Avoid renting on 350 Webb
Dr"

I am currently renting a suite (2 rooms + solarium). The building seemed nice and the apartment was renovated. However, some days after I moved, cockroaches (German type)began to appear (I believe from pipes and cracks), and after 3 times doing pest control, they keep coming and coming. It's a very annoying situation.

"Water damage in several
units"

We saw 2 condos in this building at first and loved them, the building seemed well maintained and clean and I would agree with the other reviews. However when we got a certified inspector to see one of the units we intended to purchase, he identified water damage in the ceiling from the master bath to the guest bath and mold in the laudry room! The condo board did not take accountability and said no one had reported the water damage. Needless to say - we did not purchase the property. This condo was on the 20th floor and we assumed it was an isolated incident. Since we liked the building we saw 2 more units that came on the market a few weeks later. Both had the same water damage in the ceiling of the 2 baths. So in the 4 units we saw, 3 had water damage!! This seems to be an issue in the building that no one is claiming responsibility for. Mold and other larger issues may appear later in this building. The 2nd 2 units we saw were on the 4th and 9th floor. Seems like water damage is an issue all over this building, which is a same because other than that it seems to be well maintained.

Buyers beware. This building has an ongoing plumbing issues. The water damage can be seen in the hallway floors and walls. Wall paper is pealing etc. Several unit have water damage due to flooding caused by bad plumbing.This week alone two more units on the 11thand 12 th floor just flooded..
