"Building with many issues"

This building has many maintenance problem. The building is constantly repairing pipe leaks. The contingency fund has been depleting drastically.

"Wow, loved it"

Friends place was so fantastic. The views were great (on a higher floor), the condo was very nice and the amenities in the building were great. They had everything. Not a bad location, but I guess there are much better locations downtown if you pay more money.

This is a good building with ok management but there is a water issue... poor plumbing design... seems water shut downs are almost monthly...
