"Leaky"

I almost bought in this building, but my inspector's report came back that it is a leaky condo, complete with a stucco wall and evidence of numerous patches. They only repair leaks as they happen.

this review is based on a serious lack of research. i have owned in the building for 7 years, including being on the strata council, and i know that the building is not a leaky condo. the patches are from repair work that was undertaken once many years ago, and has had no issues related to this fix.

I also have live in the building (9 years). It is not a leaky condo, we live in a rainy city, all building in time leak. It is definitely not a listed leaky condo
