"Building better than
Units"

I visited three one-bedroom units in this building. The building itself has several amenities, as you are allowed to use the hotel next door facilities (separate strata, same building). Pool, hot tub, sauna and gym are very well-kept. 24-hour concierge service is a plus. The apartments have a funny layout. Most bedrooms don't fit a queen-size bed. I would consider it for investment as the location is good for rentals. Parking is another feature hard to find in downtown Vancouver.

"Decent"

Small condos, seemed like a higher end rental building. I saw a furnished condo for rent here. It was decent. Would I buy here? Well, I know the prices are quite reasonable for downtown so I would have to say the value is good.

I am suprised by the comment. Why is the insurance deducable so high and the contingency fund so maybe its a high risk building - don't you think?

"For Investors"

I visited condo here. It surprisingly had views of the ocean and the North Van Mountains. The condo itself was a little small and it was a little dated. I was told that there are a lot renters and good for investors to rent suites out furnished because the condos are connection to the conference centre. I personally wouldn't buy to live there but would consider it as an investor.smrtovnica smrtovnice
