"Very Nice"

Great building. Loved it. Nothing negative to say. I would have bought one there but it was a little out of my price range.

"perfect well run building"

The Oscar is one of the many Concert Property develoments that are a success! The suites are a nice mix of bachalors, 1 bdrms and 2 bdrms Maintenance fees are below averange and the couple who looks after the building keep it clean and keeping an eye on unwanted strangers. Great value and perfect location
