"Love this building"

I visited a friend in this building on the 10th floor, view of the water - between buildings but very nice. Small updated unit, perfect location !! Close to everything, no need for a car if you live there. I would love to live there.

"Tiny and Old"

The condo I saw in this building was very tiny. It was a studio with no views. The building felt quite old. But this building is very affordable for Vancouver. Located fairly close to the seawall.
