"horrible security staff"

I would rate this building poorly based on security alone! Extremely rude security staff as well as poor building management. Stay away as the other comment says.

"Terrible management rude
security staff"

I'm a current resident in this building, and have had to consistently deal with very rude security staff in the building. Peter, who is the "head" security, consistently harasses my guests and gives them a difficult time when signing in, even yelling at them at times. Be aware of his negative attitude and his serious lack of professionalism! If you will have frequent visitors, watch out! Additionally, Patricia, who is the building manager, is also never helpful. She does not acknowledge when visitors and residents have been mistreated and does nothing concrete to address the professionalism issues among her staff. A typical encounter with her would include some bs to blow you off, and no real changes in the attitude of her staff. Stay away from this building!!

The above review is from 2013. It is now 2017 and staff has turned over.

Correct that staff has turned over. However the SAME STORY STILL HAPPENS but with the name of Bharat instead of Peter and Andrew instead of Patricia. My guests have been continuously harassed and mistreated with regards to signing in, visitor parking or even just dropping of a package. Building Manager Andrew brushes you off when you bring up the on going situation, and says that he stands by his staff without further investigation. Poor management with made up fees for move in, move out, fob replacement and now garbage disposal. Its 2019 now and things have not changed if not gotten worse.
