"35 Balmuto DO NOT
CONSIDER"
This building is a joke! The security, is even a bigger joke. The way this building was built is disastrous. You can hear everything, as if you live on the street. Unless you live in the last 5 floors, which I would hope you don't hear. You can hear your neighbours and their dogs, the air conditioning is very odd, their is an engine noise. It's not a quite area at all.

"Horrible management and
horrible quality of
building!"
Where to start; by having the elevator not working since June 2013, to have fluds that are not yet fixed since summer of 2013, from having the property manager not taking any tenant into consideration and having dogs run around with no leash and bark at 12 am by tenants! Many people move out after just a few months of living after realising how this building is run. At first, it looks very presentable, and a good idea to live in this place specially thinking you are in a nice area. My advice, do not even think about it, you have dangerous beggars around the building drinking, anyone can walk in the building, burglaries happening, and the elevator has not been working for 6 months!! Anyone who lived here will tell you this. 35 Balmuto is not worth any penny, landlords are desperately trying to sell their units.

Crazy that you would have such a building in that neighbourhood! And this dog situation is not unheard of, clearly those tenants are not considerate and disrespectful!

I have heard about the same issues from a friend who just moved out. Dangerous area with the nomadic types, one I found sleeping in front of the building at 9 pm at night.

I never see such poor building management anywhere else. Extreme high management fee, but not providing any reasonable services. When you try to book the elevator for move in or out, they always give you trouble.
