"Decent condo, GREAT
location"

Condo is a good building, pretty new and not over-the-top in amenities and features which keeps the pricing reasonable. The building is clean with good parking and storage for bikes. The pool, hot tub, exercise room and roof-top patio with gas BBQ's round up all the needed extras one would look for in a condo. Also, the party room was just renovated and looks great. The location is fantastic!! So easy for TTC in every direction and Union Station is very close by. Parks, waterfront and Harbourfront all within very short walking distance. I also found out that the old building across the street will be turned into a nice new Loblaw's very soon, that would have been very convenient when I was there. Overall, never had a problem, was a pleasure to live there.
