"noisy students invading"
We've rented a smaller unit in the building, have been for 2 years now. Used to be older owners and renters quiet and pleasant to live there. Now parents are buying these smaller units for their children in university nearby. They're noisy and treat the building like a dorm. We have to move. Not recommended
