"Incompetent management
and concierge "
This building has one of the worst management teams I have ever encounter. I have no idea what the guys on the front desk do. They are not security, they are not concierge - actual response to arranging a taxi - "go out into the rain and find one yourself". They are passive aggressive, if there is any sort of problem instead of just talking to you they send nasty little letters or call the leasing agent. The building Manager is particularity poor at communications, customer communications, interactions, etc. On top of that hot water frequently fails and elevators frequently fail.

If you are looking for the noisy place with poor management - this is your choice. 1. My north side suite is too noisy because of the DVP. 2. The swimming pool doesn't work since September. And it no decision yet if someone will fix it and when. 3. The GYM is not a GYM any more. They took all the waits away, because the place wasn't planned as a GYM. 4. The hitting system was not working one day, and the management didn't event bother them self to send an alert before it happened. I wouldn't reccommend this building.

you also forgot to mention the constant fire alarm failures (the damn alarm that goes off literally at all hours) and the fire alarm "tests" that happen once a month but never actually fix the problem of the alarm randomly going off. Detrimental for people who have young children sleeping during the day. Also visitor parking is constantly full, especially on the weekends, and the only BBQ terrace is closed from October to May, even though there's often no snow in April or November. And it did take them 6 months to fix the pool.

You are a bit clueless. It's not fire alarm failures, it's lazy people smoking in the stairways. The tests are mandatory for buildings. The only failures are people who smoke inside the building. It is not "random fire alarm failures". Talk to your idiot neighbours who do stupid things that cause the fire alarm to go off... that means the fire alarms are working NOT FAILING.

So is it still a bad place to live in 2018?? I'm thinking of renting a condo there! Please advise
