"Bird mites galore"
The unit i rented was infested with bird mites. Not only was the property manager a complete asshole and burden to deal with, the problem was never properly resolved. on top of this, only one out of three of the concierge, if you can even call them that, are helpful at all. they treated me like garbage. i highly suggest you steer clear of this building unless you enjoy dealing with asinine people and a tremendous amount of bugs (not the nice kind either).
