"Great Location, Layouts
and Maintenance are
'meh'."
Checked out a few units at the Boot Today. The location is great. Perfect for rental units. The layouts are pretty small. The bedrooms are relatively small with sliding doors. The units that I viewed did not have "true" bedrooms (i.e. no window and some with no closet). Although the maintenance includes heat, water etc. it is still pretty high for the square footage of the units.

I just took a look today at a few 2 bedroom units. Price per sqft is great for the location. Apx 450sqft for a 7 year old building. NOT BAD AT ALL. Downside is most units only have Julliet balconies. The Maintenance are on the higher side but considering its location, i would not be concerned. I think there actually undervalued. It maybe because of the 2 co-ops attached to the north of the building which may be leading to there Lower price. Otherwise i think it a great value for living downtown.

The 2 bedroom units at this condo are well laid out. I don't like the newer condos that are narrow and long, this one feels bigger because it's wide. The location is to die for!

I was a past resident/owner and loved the location. My big complaint was that you are allowed 2 dogs max in the building and when the fire alarm gets pulled in the co-op building it goes of in your unit as well. this happened a lot. The maintenance are all inclusive which is great and the gym is big enough and with decent equipment. Its great value for being right downtown and close to ttc/subway,eaton center etc.

I currently live in one of the units and really like this condo because most of the time it is quiet and the elevator is never crowded. People are very nice and the security knows everyone.
