"Love loud parties and
kitec pipes? This place
is for you!"
we can't get out of here fast enough--kitec pipes and loud dorm-type parties from kids who's parents pay their rent. It's pathetic. The security guys are super nice but they can only suggest they stop, but they don't and you're up all night partying "with" them due to the thin floors/walls. avoid avoid avoid

"18 Yonge St."
Great location a few minutes' walk from Union Station, financial district, St. Lawrence Market and waterfront. The building is clean, modern and comfortable with good amenities, e.g. gym, pool and barbecue. It is fairly soundproof - you can't hear the neighbours talking, although if they played music loudly this was audible (which fortunately did not happen often). I am skeptical about the long-term quality of construction, as there were small spots on the balcony floor which appeared to be crumbling; and there was recurrent water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. On several occasions this caused peeling and cracking of the ceiling. Management as well as a contractor I hired were unable to ascertain the source even after opening the ceiling to look.
