"Fantastic building -
residents a little
stuffy, dull"

Very quiet building of mostly adults. Strata is very well run. Building looks nice inside and out most of the time. Must follow strata bylaws to a "T" otherwise you get written up. The sound proofing is actually quite good. I rarely hear my neighbors (except for the dog in a surrounding unit). Great location. Only allows dogs under 25 lbs. Bigger dogs are too "scary" and noisy (even though I hear my neighboring small dog yap all day and night long). Strata vote to change bylaws to allow bigger dogs was 3 in favour and 17 not in favour. Unlikely to change any time soon. Overall a good location if you are a working, responsible adult who isn't too loud.
