I have visited a freind in this building recently and was very impressed with the size of the unit, and the value. There are a few units for sale in the complex and the prices seem to be very reasonable for what you get. Building seems to be well maintained and I was told that it will be painted in the near future. Clubhouse is huge, a great place for a party and the exercise room is one of the best I have seen in a complex like this. But all this aside, one of the best things is the POCO trail right behind the complex. If you have a unit in one of the buildings facing the trees it would feel like living off in the bush, somewhere, like going on vacation everyday. Like this place.smrtovnica smrtovnice
