"Hey, what Year is it? I
know it is 1970 somthing?"
Seariously, the first time I visited this building I thought I was back in the 70's, and that is not easy for me to imagine as I was born in the 70's. I know someone who lives in this building and they just love it. Although very dated, the building is very well taken care of, the location is very convenient, and the suites are huge. They have a 1+den and the unit is 1050 sqft. They also tell me the that roof and the pipes have all been done within the last 5 or 6 years, so shouldn't be much to worry about here. I love the fact the you can walk out your fron door and be right and witin a block or two you can be enjoying Gates Park or you can be shopping in Down Town POCO. This place would be great for youg couples or those with families.smrtovnica smrtovnice

This building no longer lives in the 70's. All hallways, stairs and entries have been newly carpeted or tiled, freshly painted and trimmed! A great building!
Just moved into this building and can't believe how quiet it is here. We are right next to the elevator and don't even here it running. So glad we bought here, great value for my money.
This building is consistently being updated. New carpeting and paint throughout have beautifully updated this well cared for building.
I am an owner of a suite in this building. The building has been renovated (updated)inside, with beautiful colours, lighting, flooring etc.!! Very well taken care of by the great caretakers. Our tenant is so pleased to live here and says it is such a quiet place to live, nice people and of course....great amenities in and around the building because it is situated in the heart of downtown PoCo. The whole area is becoming revitalized, a pleasure to live in!!! Like one of the previous comments stated..."a great value for the money!!!"
