"Falling apart"
This building is old and smells like it. Slowly falling down. Not looked after defects are hidden by bandaged problems quick fixes. Problems with electrical , plumping. Drainage. Roof, siding are in need of replacement. Underground parking is like a river running through it. Soon building will only be good for slum lords.

I recently had an Engineer look at this building. Although the underground will need some work it does not flow like a river. During our inspection it was pouring rain. I think the review seems to come from someone very angree lol.
I think this review was mixed up with Kelly Ave "Orchard Valley". That place is a big dump buyer beware!
