"A Fantastic Building in a
Great Location"

You can't beat the location and value for your $$ at Park Place. For less than the cost of nearby newly built units you can own twice the square footage or more here. In addition, each unit in this building offers a unique floor plan; no cookie-cutter deisgns here. Many of the units have been updated with hard-surface flooring as well as contemporary finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms. Views of the Sooke Hills or the complex's own manicured courtyard are available from most units. And speaking of the courtyard, it's like a small sanctuary in the heart of the city. A great place to take your dog for a bit of exercise or just unwind after your short stroll home from work. Fully remediated in 2005 and very well-maintained by an active strata council, I highly recommend purchassing a unit at 930 North Park Street.
