This unique attractive building is situated off the street with georgeous landscaping that adds a cool, calming atmosphere to the area. The building is well maintained, has only 18 units and all residents are friendly and look out for one another. Immaculate laundry facilities, workshop and meeting/party room are located on the ground floor. Ground level covered parking, car wash area and a bicycle/garden shed round out the amenities. The location is central to most needs, a short walk to Government House and Gardens, the ocean, Cook Street Village and downtown mean your car can stay home most of the time. Excellent contingency fund, 55 plus, no pets or rentals. New roof and painting inside give a fresh new feel. Most units are over one thousand square feet with two bedrooms and one and a half baths, good sized balconies and external storage closets. I feel they are underpriced for the space they have to make a home.
