"Great place to live"

I owned a unit in this building for three years and loved it. It was extremely well-maintained, the location was great and it had a lot more amenities and space than newer condos.

"Pool needs work"

Careful if buying in this complex. Last info I saw was that the pool area needed some expensive work. Steel supports rusting etc
