"bedbug issue"

Was not disclosed before signing rental agreement that there was an ongoing issue with bedbugs in the building over the last couple years, with active infestation of 4 different apartments in the last year. Building has a mixture of residents - approx 60% 60+, approx 30% 40 - 60, 10% under 40. Went five days without hot water, as a result of manager and Mericor not heeding repeated notification of water issues over a 7 month span, and then water system fully failed. Location is great - 10 minute walk to downtown. Maintenance is listed as poor, as fixes to date have been half-assed. I would not recommend, but would suggest it to anyone that needs an intermittent place to stay where you don't mind throwing out your furniture when you leave to ensure no cross bedbug contamination.

The then Strata Board members worked hard to rectify the problem. unregistered user on May 21 2018: Beecher Manor has NEW property managers as of summer 2017 unregistered user on November 29 2018: I've owned here for 9 years and have had no issues..Its a super great building.
