Most people buying a condo have little if any understanding of the pros and cons of condo living. There are some downsides to condo living and you need to educate yourself prior to buying. Since I moved in 3 years ago 3 more buildings have been built and that in itself causes challenges. Also having 6 indivudual strata corporations who have to deal with common property and its various problems can be frustrating. If you know in advance about the limitations of condo living I think you will find Corinthia A good place to call home

The first year I'm an owner of Condo in Corinthia Estates. I moved here a year ago and love my Condo. I was quite surprise to read the negative comments from "owner". Every where you live has it challenges but the writter has not mentioned the positive things that made him buy in the first place. Corinthia estates is a very quiet and clean. Outside my windows I here the crickets and frogs. During the morning hour the birds are chirping away. Driving though Crown Isle to Corinthia Estates where hanging baskets are dangling full of beautiful flowers in bloom. The neighborhood is very upscale. It so relaxing to know this is your neighborhood. the grounds are kept well with all kinds of greenery and a small fountain. Views of the mountains, the glacier surround you. The buildings are all pleasing to the eye. So coming home every night I count my blessings. I enter into an underground security parking were my own parking spot out of the rain and wind. Then enter into the elevator or Lobby. The Lobbies are luxuriously decorated and pick up my dry mail and a paper. You have to come and experience it for yourself, I feel it's a pleasant and peaceful environment. I'm very happy with my purchase!! I think it should get two thumbs up!

whoever believes vacation rentals should not be aloud by owners at corinthea estates has it positively wrong. Some of us are good renters, etc., and help the owner financially manage the condo.

I agree with above. Vacation rentals should not be allowed by owners at Corinthians Estates. I feel that the idea is very wrong.This was never an issue before, why now?

Above review was sumbitted by previous owner who sold their unit. Items mentioned were simply a matter of "growing pains". New Strata Council now in place and things are coming along nicely. Corinthian Estates is a wonderful place to live.

Great Place to Live, right! Clearly written by a realtor, locals and owners know Corinthia's reputation, only folks buying appear to be from out-of-province who haven't had time to get a sense of the real issues.

why not rent a condo at corinthea estates to, eg., a senior who would honor the beautiful condo and take care of it, plus pay rent for 2 months holiday. I, for one have stayed at a condo there previously and looked after it as if it was my home. From Alberta
