"Perfect Location"

Trumpeter's Landing is a recently developed complex in the perfect central Courtenay location. It's right next to Airpark park and bike/walking paths, plus groceries and box stores are located nearby. The grounds and buildings are maintained to the highest standards, with plenty of greenery and attractive landscaping. All units are designed with an open concept and have high-end finishing. There is also plenty of covered parking and storage.

"Travelling Smoke"

If you don't enjoy second hand smoke filling your condo every day...this is not the place for you! Smoking should be ban from all condos and appartment buildings!

"Trumpeters Landing"

Trumpeters Landing is a new complex comprising of 4 four-story buildings located adjacent to the Comox Estuary and close to the heart of the town of Courtenay. Each building has elevator access and a guest suite. The property is beautifully landscaped including three distinct water features. There is plenty of visitor parking as well as underground parking for residents. There are no age or rental restrictions and pets are allowed.
