"1050 braidwood condos"
CONS: Very bad area. Our unit was broken into our vehicle vandalized three times. Hallways constantly smell like drugs. Remoured drug sales by many within the building. Always breaking up fights in parking lot. Laundry facilities are horrible and barely work. STRATA keeps sending invalid fines based on "nosy occupents" parking for only 1 vehicle. Not conducive if two or more working adults in the same apartment. Sirens all hours of the night. PROS: close to all ammenities

The building is very well maintained and managed. All hallway carpets where replaced and are now kept very clean. The last review is from 2012. Much has changed since then. Long term renters and owners in the 61 suites are striving to make this building a safe and pleasant living environment.
