"Has This Been Resolved?"

We didn't buy here as this complex has an engineers report that says that the underground parking needs substantial remediation for water ingress, as well as indicating all the landscaping needs to be removed in order to fix the problem. Has this been resolved? We have been watching this complex and have not yet seen any indication this has been fixed.
