I've owned since 2011 and absolutely love love love this place! I still own the unit, although now I rent it out. I just couldn't let it go! It's built into Columbia Skytrain Station so you take an elevator straight down to the ticket booths. No having to walk outside! New west station is 1 stop away or a 5 mins walk. You can grab your groceries, take a walk at pier park from the entrance on 4th, or hop on the train and head downtown in 35 mins. You don't need a car if you live here! Police parking in the building, garbage chutes, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna... The 1 br in this building and the 410 building have the most incredible views! I recently moved in with my boyfriend elsewhere in New West, but I definitely miss my place here. The strata does a great job maintaining and updating the building. It's extremely clean and bright inside. Never has it had issues with bed bugs or any other insects. Don't listen to what people say about New West and this area being scary or unsafe. It's very different than it used to be. Lots of young professionals moving into the area. You see tons of young people with their little dogs walking around. Don't get me wrong though.. You do get some rig raf, but come on... It's the skytrain and that will never go away at ANY station!
