"One of the older
buildings, but just as
nice"

I have visited units in both the lowrise and the highrise in this complex, and I must say although about 10 years old, this complex is as nice as the newer ones, it is well kept and the suites have very functional layouts, some great views here as well. The other good thing here is that if you want to live in the building, there is a rental restiction that only allows 13 units to be rented, I know becuase my freind wanted to rent his unit and was not able to. The good thing about this is buildings with less rentals tend to be better kept than ones with many rentals. I would say this is a good value and location in collingwood, bonus, you are right accross from the park and basketball courts.smrtovnica smrtovnice
