"Peaceful but small"

Owned an investment property here. It was a little small and it looked pretty good. Nothing really luxurious but it was nice. My condo faced the courtyard so it was pretty peaceful and quiet. No fireplace in this condo. A couple of blocks from skytrain.

"Pretty nice"

I owned an investment property here. I thought that the unit was finished alright. Many of the buildings and suites in this area seem very similar to myself. Concert developed many of the buildings in this area so I guess that explains it. Convenient condo for young couples and someone with no car.
