Amazing Building with architectural designs by Paul Merick. Fantastic Location downtown Vancouver just between the Quiet West-End and the vubrant Downtown Core. The Condos for sale don't come up often on the market. To get an update of what's for sale, please visit my websit at http://www.CondoInVancouver.ca

"Average"
Average building for downtown. The condo building has some retail at the bottom. Building is okay, not bad and not spectacular. The home had peek a boo views of the water.
