"Not for me"

I almost purchased here. Thank full I did some homework and spoke to some others on the floor I was looking at. Great to find honest people. The amenities were horrible, the gym, is not a gym! Even the beautiful view from the 27th foor was marred bye excessively dirty furniture and floors. More importantly I found the buildings common plumbing is in complete direpair and floods are a common occurance that is billed directly back to owners!Thankful I did not purchase here and am very happy I chose Strata over Leasehold.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on March 11 2017: sorry this review is very unfair- the upstairs just had a renovation and is very clean- gym could be better yet also has a had a small renovation overall its a well kept quiet building and close to everything- unregistered user on March 25 2017: Rented here for 6 years. The owners I have met during stay at the property are both friendly and kind. The gym has been re-furbished and is an excellent place to go for a good workout. The view deck on the top floor is wonderful and the comments from people I have spoken with are very positive. Are there people people in the building who are out to run the place down and castigate management? "Unmaintained and Dirty"

The building has been neglected for years. The place is also filthy dirty and I dont know anyone that would step a foot in those disgusting showers for the pool area. Mould, mould and more mould. The managers NEVER clean it.Managment company is the OWNER! They repair nothing unless the city demands it. And yes, its full of busy bodies and gossips.

"Terrible facilites, echo
chamber"

The laundry: Cinematic (sp?) has an extortion racket operating out of the laundry room, the machines are about 20 years old and absolutely destroy your clothes. There's no way around it without taking your clothes to be laundered off-site. If you do your laundry twice a week it ends up costing about $12 a week to have your clothes completely destroyed even on the lowest settings and being careful with the dryer. This company is running an extortion racket and everybody has to put up with it. The lack of a trash chute: No trash chute means everyone has to take their garbage down in the elevator which are also very old, and the exhaust fans no longer work. So the elevators stink really badly half the time, and then the dumpster has a padlock and requires your key. Hugely inconvenient especially when it's raining The gym: It's sad to call this a gym, it's more of a room with a few old pieces of rusty equipment, nobody uses it. Noise: The apartments are not insulated at all and the entire building is an echo chamber for sound. If you so much as have a stereo on you'll have building management knocking on your door after about 5 minutes.

There is a couple of bullies, the last review is true any music and boom people will not like you. The Duty Manager on the weekends is great but the Janitor during week day is a gossiper and is horrible to have there, someone who never keeps his mouth shut. This building has silver fish and cockroaches and is filthy I agree with 2012,2015....do not rent and DO NOT BUY. It is owned by the city and goes and depends on 100 year lease the parking is terrible and Management couldn't care less about mold etc etc unregistered user on October 2 2016: All true, filthy, corrupt managment and the laziest caretaker on the planet. All in all a 1 star dump. unregistered user on October 2 2016: This building is disgusting. Common areas run into the ground. Amenities are a joke. If you like plumbing leaks and dirt, this is the place for you! Also the full time manager is horrible. No cleaning here except 2 hours once per week, completed by a couple of unlicienced "janitorial" company jokes come and pretend to clean the common areas. "Beware"

This particular leasehold bldg is NOT PTT exempt any first time home buyers. As well because it has many many owners, most banks will NOT finance this leasehold. I found out all this too little too late. Its costing me a bundle and many a headache. Problematic to say the least and best steer away from this leasehold unless you want a difficult resell.

I have lived in the building for 12 years and it's a good , sound building with great owners and occupiers. Like many others we don't see the point i this review page...it's simply full of lies.
