"Jardin's Lookout"

This building should be approached warily. There are numerous interior leaks. One floor had nine leaks in a 3 year period. The leaks are caused by an inferior grade of copper piping that tends to spring pin hole leaks. One plumbing expert advised tenents to suspend their furniture off the ground because the leaks will continue until the whole building is repiped. And THAT wiull cost a fortune. The strata council tries to hide this fact because of insurance costs. There is also much interior noise within this building; if someone hammers on the 3rd floor, it is loud and clear on the 10th floor! And there is ALWAYS hammering as each new owner redoes his apartment. The apartment are large and nice designs. But be prepared to pay for these updates. There is no full time caretaker and there is NO access to your apartment should the elevators stop working (which they often do) and you cannot walk up because everything is locked.

It is not true. This is BOSA building with full time caretaker and one of the best in the area Yaletown/Downtown.
