"Best built uptown "

No worries about leaky condo - solid concrete building. This building was the most luxurious building of its time with all amentities such as gym, indoor pool, men and womans saunas, courtyards, gardens gazebo and more. Upgrades FOB entry and security camera ensure safety of residents. The units themselves are very large avg around 800-1500sq ft. The building has many upgrades such as sauna's, plumbing, painting, new elevators. There are more upgrades planned for 2016 such as new lobby, games room and gym equipment. Its got a pro active council which works hard ensuring maintenance program is followed and Bylaws are enforced. It is a no rental / no pet building. Close to schools, shopping and transit. No need for car even though underground parking and visitor parking comes with unit. Also has storage lockers for each of its 72 units. This strata also has caretaker suite that is part of owners contingency.

Looked at many condos in new west and picked Charter House. The new elevators are great. Lobby soon to be upgraded and everything is already paid for because of good strata planning. unregistered user on March 31 2017: We are new owners of a unit in this building.
