"Nice Building"

I visited a friend who was renting in the building. It looked like an extremely nice rental at the time. Nice big condo with a billiards table in the amenity room for the building. Close to IGA and skytrain.

"spacious"

very big units. good layout and fixtures. nice amenities. location is good except for traffic noise from royal ave, so depends what side of the building your are on.
